About Me

Rooted in the values of my Cuban father and Venezuelan mother, I grew up surrounded by music, movement, and unwavering determination. Dance was my first language, and choreography my earliest form of storytelling. When I discovered stage management, it felt like a natural extension of the choreography I loved, another way to shape rhythm, movement, and intention.

To me, stage management is a dance of its own: crafting backstage tracks, guiding a team with clarity, and ensuring every moment flows seamlessly. I approach each production with artistry, precision, strategy and heart, always striving to honor the invisible work that brings a performance to life.
